• Government Permit Documentation: As mandated by the Uttarakhand Forest Department and Wildlife Protection Act, valid government photo ID details (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driver's License, or International Passport/Visa copies for foreign nationals) are required to issue official entry permits.

We use your personal data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Securing official Forest Department gate permits and paying statutory government entry and road taxes.
• Assigning registered 4x4 open safari Gypsies (UK14TB0802 & UK14TB7866) and certified local naturalist guides (Rehman & Jishan Rehman).
• Sending booking confirmation receipts, reporting times, meeting location maps, and safari preparation guidelines.
• Customer support and responding to inquiries via telephone or WhatsApp.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any commercial third-party marketing companies. Your details are only shared with the official Uttarakhand Forest Department counters for statutory permit issuance and with your assigned safari driver for gate reception.
